Washington Crane’s Project Management Team supervises each project from order entry throughout engineering, manufacturing, installation and startup.

Order entry
Review customer purchase order and verify with estimating
Project review with engineering
Review supplier quotations/proposals
Release order for final engineering
Prepare submittal package for customer approval/acceptance
Review signed submittal package from customer

Release material /component purchase orders to suppliers
Release order for manufacturing
Generate packing list
Arrange transportation to customer jobsite
Coordinate installation, start-up & load testing
Produce operation & maintenance manuals
